Jack's a brilliant trainer who knows how to push you hard enough but knows when to make you rest! Always chatting and makes you feel good and stronger about yourself!! Great confidence builder :)

I've been having one on one PT Sessions with Jack for around 6 months, and no matter my mood when I arrive I'm always crying with laughter (and pain) when I leave! Very professional and informative, puts you at ease and makes you feel comfortable straight away, and always makes each exercise easy to understand and each session so much fun!

Having Personal training sessions with Jack was the best decision I’ve made , each week he finds different ways for me to work towards my goals and improve my overall fitness, I always leave after Jacks sessions motivated and excited for the next one!

I’ve trained with Jack since March this year and after a small break for holidays I’ve returned to training with him. I didn’t have lots of weight to lose but I’ve still lost a fair bit, lost several inches and most importantly for me am lifting more weight than I ever imagined I would because Jack pushes me further than I can push myself. Sessions are tailored to meet my training goals and just when I think I’ve got something sussed he switches things up and shocks my body all over again. We laugh and I cry in every session and I always leave wanting to go back for more. Jack is always on hand to answer my questions around fitness and nutrition even outside of my booked sessions. If you’re looking for someone to motivate you and get you focused then Jack is your guy!

I’ve been training with Jack once a week since January, his knowledge and expertise is amazing. He’s helped me get to where I want to be but still keeps pushing me, I see results week in week out where I’m improving on something a month ago I’d never dreamed of doing. Jack is so friendly and makes sessions enjoyable, he always pushes his clients to their full potential. He also offers nutritional advice which has also helped me get to where I am today, I 100% recommend a session with Jack.
