I provide a variety of classes at Bluestone Fitness.

 

These are available on a pay as you go option or FREE through Bluestone Fitness Membership.

STRETCH OUT 

DIFFICULTY: All abilities welcome in every class

WHEN: 

Friday - 6:40pm

Learn how to stretch your entire body, improving flexibility and muscle health.

Alternating each week between upper body and lower body this 20 minute class is perfect for a cool down after any workout.

B-SPIN

DIFFICULTY: All abilities welcome in every class

WHEN: 

Wednesday - 6:50am/9:35am/12:15pm 

Thursday - 5:30pm/6pm/7:35pm

Friday - 5:30pm

High intensity, upbeat class using Keiser Bluetooth Spin bikes using a variety of sprints and climbs to work on strength, toning and endurance 

BLACK EDITION 

FUNCTIONAL HIIT/ WORKOUT OF THE DAY 

DIFFICULTY: All abilities welcome in every class

WHEN: 

Wednesday: 6:15am (WOD)

Thursday: 7pm (WOD)

Friday: 6pm (F.HIIT)

High intensity weighted/circuit training styled classes using a variety of upper body, lowerbody and core exercises to burn plenty of calories.

All classes are designed to use your body in a way that it was designed to move
